Your document needs to be in RGB Color mode.

Items you want the laser to CUT out of the material:

1. Selection Tool

2. Click on the shape you want to CUT

3. Properties Tab

4. No Fill (red line through a white box) & Black Stroke with 0.1pt thickness

Images that you've found on the Internet and embedded into your document:

1. Selection Tool

2. Click on Image embedded in your document

3. Object

4. Image Trace

5. Make and Expand

Converting Text to Cut Lines

2. Click on the Text and then Right-Click (or two-finger click or Control key + click) to see the menu
